Queen of the Rath

Along with the young and windswept ram boy, and the unicorn girl at the fairy rath, I think this feathered elf with bi-coloured eyes is a natural. I imagine she would be titled the queen of the fairy rath, and, surrounded by fairy dust, could be dangerous, indeed! It's no place for human beings to venture.
